AWG Leadership Structure
The Trinity (Highest Authority)
The Trinity is the ultimate authority over A W G - Aligned with God LLC. The Stewards of the Vision (Owners) and all leaders within AWG must follow the biblical standards set by the Trinity. Failure to adhere to these principles disqualifies anyone from leadership. The Trinity’s guidance is the foundation for all decisions and actions within AWG.
Stewards of the Vision (Owners)
The Stewards of the Vision are entrusted with overseeing all aspects of AWG’s mission and operations. Their leadership is guided by biblical principles, and they are held accountable to the Trinity. Each Steward is responsible for appointing and managing their Seraph, but if a Seraph has not been selected, the officers report directly to the corresponding Steward.
Seraphs
​The Seraphs are appointed by each Steward and serve as their direct representatives, overseeing specific aspects of the company’s operations. If a Seraph has not been selected, officers under that division report directly to the corresponding Steward of the Vision.
AWG Officer Positions
The first five officers—Chief Steward, High Counselor, Servant of Charity, Harvester of Souls, and Keeper of Fellowship—form the Higher Council of A W G - Aligned with God LLC. This council is entrusted with making critical decisions that shape the direction and future of the company. Each officer brings a unique perspective, rooted in biblical values, to ensure that every decision aligns with AWG’s mission and Christian foundation. The council is intentionally composed of an odd number of members (five) to prevent ties during important votes. This structure allows for clear, decisive outcomes in situations that require collective wisdom and spiritual guidance, avoiding any gridlock that might arise from a split decision. The Higher Council plays a crucial role in maintaining the integrity, growth, and mission of AWG under the authority of the Trinity.
